I don't know about you but I can definitely relate! For me & maybe for you, shopping for groceries is the EASY part.

Knowing what to buy, checking prices, knowing the best ways to store the food, meal planning & meal prepping was a whole other story!!

Through what seemed like forever, I cracked the code. I was able to get my grocery bill down to $100 for a week's worth of healthy food. Not only that but I was in & out of the kitchen in 1 hour with meal prepped food for the week.

I boiled down my meal planning process to 3 simple parts & that’s exactly what I’m sharing with you today!
